Our set light meal features one main dish (vegan or halal meat) with three accompaniments. Choose from:
Mains - meat option:
Khoresht Gheimeh - Beef and yellow split peas braised with spices and dried lemon. Halal and gluten-free.
Ghormeh sabzi - Lamb and spinach stew with kidney beans, dried limes and fresh herbs. Halal and gluten-free.
Mains - vegan options:
Adasi - Lentil and potato stew with Afghan spices. Vegetarian and gluten-free. Vegan option available (served without yoghurt sauce).
Aush - Hearty vegetable, chickpea and bean spiced soup, served with a tasty yoghurt sauce. Vegetarian. Vegan option available (served without yoghurt sauce).
All mains come with three accompaniments:
Salad - raw vegetables with a light dressing. Vegan and gluten-free.
Yoghurt sauce - with garlic and herbs (non-vegan options). Gluten-free.
Afghan rice or naan barbari (Afghan flat bread) served with Aush
Catering orders have a minimum order of 10 servings.
