Momos - chicken (halal) or vegan dumplings served with a sesame and tomato sauce

Sel roti - fried rice dough (vegan and gluten-free)
Meat main dish:
Kukhura ko baklo jhol - Nepali style dry chicken curry with warming spices (halal and gluten-free)
Vegan main dishes:
Chana Tarkari - Nepali style curry with chickpeas and potatoes (vegan and gluten-free)
Aloo Matar Tarkari - Nepali style curry potato and green pea curry (vegan and gluten-free)
Three accompaniments and one drink:
Achaar - raw vegetables lightly pickled in a tangy fresh dressing (vegan and gluten-free)
Papadumus - thin, crispy snack made from chickpea flour (vegan and gluten-free)

Chai - sweet milk tea with masala (mixed spices)
